Who should I contact with Payroll issues?
Payroll issues are handled through our payroll department. You can send an email to payroll@keylogic.com for any issues you may have with your paychecks.
Does my KeyLogic password work for everything?
Your KeyLogic password works for sharepoint, email, VPN, and your local computer.
Currently the same password does not work with Deltek Costpoint and ADP. While you may use the same password, there is no synchronization process to allow you to update one and connect it to these additional services.
I feel like I have an KeyLogic account, how should I go about making sure?
Your IIA account for logging in to corporate vpn, email, computers, and sharepoint should have been setup when you first became an IIA employee or partner. If you aren’t sure what your username is, then please send an email to support@iiaweb.com.
If you know your username, but can’t remember your password, go to https://adaxes.iiaweb.com/adaxes#/SignIn and hit the forgot password link.
If you don’t know the login for Payroll or Unanet timesheets, then you should contact the group below with questions.
